The hammer mill is fixed with an engine with a power of electric driven all kinds of different power.Its working principle is: after the raw materials were put into crushing chamber.the high-speed operated hammer sheets will impact the raw materials over and overagain.then the raw materials will be crushed into preset

size step by step.The sieve have the following size:1.5-6mm. Then the crushed materials will leak out from the sieve. The drought fan will convey the leaked  materials into separator centrifuge, finally, the powder will be discharged down below, and the air wil be discharged upper.

1). This smallest wood hammer mill is most suitable for home use with small capacity and tiny dimension.

2). Equipped with hammers, this wood hammer mill is more suitable to crush soft agricultural crops such as wheat stalks, alfalfa, corn straws, switch grass, peanut soybean shell and bamboo. 

3). A cyclone can be equipped to collect finished wood particles to prevent dust leakage. 

4). This wood hammer mill can be used in home-made wood pellet production which can be used as animal bedding, heat fuel and fodder.

There are three main parts in the whole wood hammer mill: feed hopper, grinding cell, winding system. Cyclone is sold separately which can be used to collect wood particles and dust and reduce its harm to human.

1. While working, wood material is fed into the crushing chamber though feed hopper. Crushed by high speed rotating hammer, large particles hit the gears with strong impact force. Got repetitive collision and friction press from hammers and gears, raw material is gradually being ground into small chips and sawdust.

2. These light wood particles are blowing out wood hammer mill with the help of winding machines. If there is not cyclone on your machine, light wood chips will be blowed everywhere and you should place a dust bag to gather them.
